General conditions of the FutureTrend services.
To become a customer of FutureTrend, you must agree on these general conditions. Read them carefully before you complete your subscription.

Future Trend also provides numerous electronic data and technical analysis. TERMS OF AGREEMENT Future Trend welcomes you to the Future Trend Website. Future Trend provides many services, including electronic access to data and technical analysis. You may use all the information contained in the website for your personal use including the printing out of hardcopy. You may not transmit, sell, or reuse any information within the site without the express written permission of Future Trend SA. Nothing expressed on the Future Trend Website should be considered or construed as a recommendation or solicitation, to acquire or dispose of any investment or to engage in any other transaction. Warrants and Limitation of Liability Future Trend provides various services, both directly and indirectly, and through the use of services provided by third parties. Future Trend uses reasonable effort to insure that information is accurate and reliable but makes no claims that the information or opinions contained within the website are accurate, reliable, and complete. Future Trend or any third party cannot be held responsible for quotes, currency rates, exchanges, and any other electronic information provided within this site that may or may not be delayed and may not reflect the prices at which securities may be bought or sold. Future Trend or any third party cannot be held accountable for any loss or damages incurred by its clients or guests caused by the use of information and opinions provided or expressed in this site. Future Trend does not guarantee the information and services available in this website and can discontinue services at any time without liability for termination or modification of its services and information. Future Trend or any third party does not assume any responsibility or assume any liability concerning the use or result of the use of services for any financial loss incurred by system performance or damages to software and/or hardware in connection with the use of the Future Trend Website. Termination of Agreement At any time, this site agreement can be terminated, including the services and information contained herein, by either Future Trend or by the client. Any violation by the client of the terms of this agreement will result in the immediate termination by Future Trend to the access and services without notice to the client. Technical Analysis The Technical Analysis provided by Future Trend is based on the in depth study of data and information at the time of publication and is subject to change without notice. Future Trend provides this service to their clients, both professional and non-professionals, for their personal use. The Technical Analysis does not constitute or form in any part or should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Future Trend disclaims any responsibility in the event of any financial loss incurred from the analysis. User Codes As part of the registration process, the client needs to select a User Name and Password. The User Codes are for personal use only and are the responsibility of the client. They are not to be passed on to third parties. Future Trend claims no responsibility for the loss of security by the failure of the client to maintain confidential the User Codes. The client agrees to notify immediately Future Trend in the event of the theft of the codes. Future Trend reserves the right to revoke the use of the User Codes without prior notice. Data Protection Future Trend will use reasonable precautions to insure and maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by its clients, but the client must acknowledge that because of access through internet, no assurance can be given that the information can be kept secure. Personal data obtained through the Future Trend Website will be used for the purpose of providing financial services and information to its clients. Jurisdiction Any litigation that might arise from the limited liability of Future Trend as stated in the Terms of Agreement will be brought under the jurisdiction of Swiss Law in the Courts of Lugano, Switzerland. I have read completely the Terms of Agreement and agree to accept these conditions.
